Description

Turtle Wax Insect Remover is a powerful exterior vehicle cleaner specially formulated to remove stubborn insect remains, bird droppings and other organic residues from automotive surfaces. The product shown is the 500ml trigger-spray version, designed for convenient spot cleaning and pre-wash treatment. Turtle Wax describes the formula as a non-drip cleaner that sprays as a liquid and gels when it contacts the surface, helping it remain on the contamination for longer.

Insect remains and bird droppings can become difficult to remove when they dry onto vehicle surfaces. Turtle Wax recommends treating these contaminants before waxing or polishing so that they can be removed without unnecessary aggressive rubbing.

Windscreens and exterior glass
Plastic exterior components
Metal surfaces
Headlight and other suitable exterior surfaces

It is particularly useful after highway driving, where insects can accumulate on the front of the vehicle, and for removing bird droppings before they become more difficult to clean. Turtle Wax recommends removing such contaminants before applying wax or sealant.

How to Use

Wash the vehicle to remove loose dirt and dust.
Identify areas affected by insect remains, bird droppings, tree sap or other stubborn organic contamination.
Spray the product directly onto the affected area until adequately covered.
Allow the formula to soak into the contamination and soften it.
Gently wipe away the residue using a clean microfiber cloth.
For best results, follow the treatment with your normal car wash and, when required, apply a suitable wax or paint sealant.

Important: Avoid using the product on hot surfaces, as heat can make contamination and cleaning residues more difficult to remove. Always follow the product label and test an inconspicuous area when using it on an unfamiliar surface.
